Macmillan Return Policy?
The return policy for us.macmillan.com is as follows:
For physical products:
- Unused physical purchased items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) within 21 calendar days of purchase. The returned product must be received within 30 calendar days of purchase in the same condition as it was provided.
For rental products:
- Rental items can be returned for a refund of the rental price (excluding shipping fees) if the refund request is received via the Macmillan Learning My Account Page within 21 calendar days of the rental. The returned product must be received within 30 calendar days of rental in the same condition as it was provided.
For digital products:
- Refund requests for digital products must be submitted via the My Account page within 14 calendar days and access to the product will no longer be available immediately upon initiating a refund request.
Please note that the return process for iClicker or iOlab is the same as for physical textbooks. If at any time you decide you’d like to keep your rental, go to your Macmillan Learning Student Store account and choose your rental order.
